I am the authorized holder of the card listed above. I authorize Tradewinds Motor Center to charge that card in the amount and for the purpose stated in Section 03, as a one-time charge. I confirm the information on this form is accurate and that I have read and accept the terms in Section 05. Completing the secure payment link constitutes my authorization to charge the card I enter there.
